WHat are the Different Carpet Cleaning Methods？

The most basic method of cleaning carpets doesn't require any professional help, and that's vacuuming. A carpet should be vacuum cleaned at least twice weekly.  Vacuuming prevents loose dirt and other loose fragments from getting stuck into the carpet.

Bonnet carpet cleaning is usually used in areas with high traffic or commercial traffic. It is so named because the brush on the machine that performs this kind of cleaning looks like a bonnet. Bonnet cleaning machines have cleaning agents that are loaded onto the cleaning pad. The cleaning pad moves at a high speed and clean only the surface of the carpet. It does not deeply clean the carpet since it is meant to be done frequently, preventing dirt to get deeply into the carpet.

Dry cleaning uses a deep cleansing powder instead of water and a cleaning agent like with steam cleaning. Otherwise it works the same. The cleaning agent is brushed or scrubbed into the carpet using a machine especially designed to do so. After the cleaning agent is allowed to work, it is then a machine with absorbent pads are agitated over the carpet to absorb the cleaning agent and the dirt that in has broken down.
